In session, I will conduct a thorough interview with you in order to construct the most productive hypnosis technique(s). No two sessions are alike. You will sit or lay in a recliner chair so you can experience a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. If we do an online video-chat session, it's important that you have a quiet and comfortable space.
